I loved my week in Istanbul this year. This view of the Golden Horn was taken from the top of the Galata Tower. The tower had a very narrow walkway at the top that goes full circle around the top.
As it was getting dark quickly, I turned left outside of the entrance (the wrong way) as I knew going the correct way, to the right, there would be no light left. I tried not to be too annoying going against the flow.
Ideally, the best photograph would be taken with a tripod and a long exposure, but that is impossible there. I just used an 85mm equivalent lens (Fiji 56mm) on Fuji Xt1 at 1.4 wide open and tried to keep my hands as steady as possible.
